Experience Camp Placid

Located in Lake Placid NY, Camp Placid has been welcoming campers who will be starting kindergarten to 14 years old to participate in a wide variety of activities and field trips for over 60 years. We have a high staff to camper ratio that ensures every camper at Camp Placid has a safe and memorable camp experience in a fun atmosphere.

To be eligible to attend Camp Placid you must be either a full-time resident of the Town of North Elba, a tax paying property owner, or work in the Town of North Elba.
